Who is your hero? Jack Welch. I am greatly influenced by his beliefs and leadership strategies.

What accomplishments are you most proud of from the past year? The company continues to enjoy a triple-digit growth rate and has been profitable since inception. We managed that with a very low global attrition rate while maintaining a healthy 95 percent client retention rate.

What is your professional goal five years from now? To become the most recognized IT service provider for small and mid-size businesses in our region while helping our customers and communities grow in the process.

What was your first childhood job? Helping grade papers for my mother, who was a history teacher to high school students.

What community cause or charity have you invested time in during the past year? I work closely with the entrepreneurial community in this area to help budding entrepreneurs pursue their dreams. Contributions include mentoring, guiding and coaching new entrepreneurs in launching their businesses.

What are your hobbies or favorite pastimes? With a 3-month-old baby, my hobbies and pastimes are luxuries that I no longer have the time for. If I had time, my favorite pastime would be travel, sports, movies and dining out.

What is your favorite restaurant? Being a food lover, I have many favorite restaurants worldwide. The one closest to my house is Brasa, the Brazilian steakhouse at Brier Creek.
Nothing makes me madder than ...: Slow drivers in the left lane.

Who would make the guest list for your dream dinner party? I would host a dinner with presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama and just to spice up the evening would include Rush Limbaugh in the party.

If you want to make me laugh ... : Give me a problem that is out of my reach. It would just make me laugh as the last resort. I use laughter as a therapy when nothing else works.
What online social/business network are you on? LinkedIn. Am just starting to use Facebook and Twitter…

Dream purchase in the next five years? In the next five years, we would like to endow a foundation to promote education here in the U.S. and develop a school to provide free or subsidized education to kids in India.
